Introduction: Empirum is turn-based game - which means, there is often a limit on how often your empire can promote herself or communicate with others. In Empirum 1.0.0, you get 5 turns every 20 minutes. You can accrue up to 300 turns right now - if you get more, it will go to your stored turns, which you can store up to 150; every time you use your turns, one of your turns would be released for you to use. All actions listed in Section "Using the Turns'' on the main menu sidebar consume a variable amount of turns when you use them - cash processing options, ground processing, and exploration of land will allow you to determine how often waste turns, while the built structures and destroy buildings consume turns based on how fast your Empire can make the same actions. Attacking empires, to send aid, or impose a charm (whether it's for yourself or another empire) requires two turns. Other actions, such as participation in private or public market, to join or manage a tribe, to manage your empire, or send messages to other empires, do not require any turns. Each time you use turns, your empire collects taxes its population and harvesting of food. Income from taxes will be spent on maintaining your military empire, and food which be collected will be used for feeding the population. Be careful not to reach a situation where you will not have food or money - while the World Bank can help you with the situation created, in the latter it can reach disastrous results. When your empire was first created, it is placed under protection in order to provide protection against other empires so the will not try to hurt you in the initial stages of development. While in the protection mode, your empire can not attack others, send foreign aid, or participate in the public market. Once you have used in 200 turns, the protection status will be removed and your Empire will be exposed to the world.
