Server stability is horrid and there Customer support is bad.
All tickets are closed with a copy/pasted reply or a single sentence that comes down to "Sorry its broken". At which point you can not follow up with them on any tickets.
The combat is very timing intensive and don't expect to be able to do so reliably the servres are constantly going down or bugging out. If your lucky your the one that is just getting pop up errors but still logged in with some patience you can launch an attack while the others are helpless to defend.
Or you could be the Attacker who can't get the attacks launched on time and thus fail.
Also the last thing you might want to know is this game isn't free, Free players will be walked over. It breaks down to a Pay to win game.
