OK, but what about if company takes real money

from player and then blocks his account saying he "broke the rules"?
Before setting a clan name, I was asking on Darkorbit user forum, what the rules are applied for setting a clan name in a game. I received the answer: "there are no rules for setting a clan name" or "try to choose such a name so not to be against the rules" (but which ONES?!?). Of course my account was locked afterwards without any noticing my clan name is "inappropriate". So I have no money - no game now. Is this behaviour not a kind of RIP-OFF??? I noticed BP about other errors and gaps in a game and the (pretty ambiguous) rules. I guess, that was the only reason, my account is blocked now. And my clan name was only a pretence.
