I have been developing browser games for a few years now, and at the moment I'm working on "Dolumar", a Travian / Tribalwars like strategy game, but with a more Age of Empire like interface.
The technology is going wonderfull: people are very happy with the interface and the server is doing great. Most of the game features are already impleted and are heavily tested.
But what does the game lack? Basically: balanced gameplay. I have been spending too much time on the technology and too little on the gameplay. Also, I'm not sure if I can do it anyway: I lack the patience to spend hours on calculating and recalculating formula etc.
So, I'm looking for someone to help me on this one. You will be in charge of game balancing and inventing new gameplay elements. You don't need any technical background since I will implete all features.
And, ofcourse, with great work comes a great reward :)
