First of all: Congratulations to your first podcast. It was a great one, but there is one thing you didn't consider: browser games (or web games) is already becoming a huge market in Germany, as 1&1 Internet (the world's leading web hoster) bought a 12,5% part (and the option to call 25%) of BIGPOINT for a couple of million Euros. PricewaterhouseCoopers estimates a 900 Million Euro (1.25 Billion $) turnover for the German market in 2009. I mean this surely is nothing, but if the big game developers do want to publish browser games, they'll probably acquire one of the market leaders (BIGPOINT, GameForge, RMS...)... and by the way: Valve web games? They should better concentrate on getting their own stuff done^^

Well, I can't tell you how the market is doing internationally, but I'm sure the overall world market will have a turnover at about 3-4 Billion $ in 2009. That's better than nothing isn't it :-D
_________________
Galaxy-News Project Manager
