unless you know people :P that's right...
one great way to get a new design is to make a contest in your game...
you'll always find people willin' to help you (banners, templates, images)
and who knows...some people are REALLY good...(like the girl makin' me the pics of the houses for Mythworld, I thought I was going to get some real bad designs but I was going to use them because they were free...but I was REALLY surprised when she came with some VERY cool pics :P)
